Based out of Connecticut, DDS will take ownership of Just Global’s People Experience Strategy and have a major focus on ensuring that relationships are at the heart of everything we do. DDS’s experience has allowed them to develop the awareness and empathy required to work with people from all walks of life and diverse backgrounds.
DDS steps into this role with an impressive twenty-five-year background working in small, medium, and large corporations where they’ve held a range of senior, executive, and C-Suite level roles across a host of sectors and companies, such as Marks & Spencer Plc, Eurostar International, Crossrail Ltd, Sony Music Entertainment, and Essence Global [part of WPP].
DDS is ignited by learning and believes it’s necessary to keep growing personally and professionally.
They are currently a licensed mental health clinician in the state of Connecticut, as well as a Reiki Master and Teacher, a Narrative Enneagram practitioner, and certified as a crystal bowl sound healer. In 2021 they graduated from the California Institute of Integral Studies with an MA in Integral Counseling Psychology and recently embarked on a new journey of personal and professional growth when they began a Ph.D. in Human Sexuality.
