We are honored to have Emily on the team and elevate her role from Head of HR & Talent Management to Senior Vice President, Head of People in addition to JUST’s Board of Directors.

Kevin Flint has played an integral role in driving key account initiatives and cross-discipline collaboration over the past year as JUST diversified our agency’s services from a media focus to full-service capabilities.
In his previous role as VP, Group Director, Kevin built an outstanding Account Management department to centralize client services and elevate our integrated capabilities for brands.
Kevin’s venerable background in strategic media planning and customer service made him the perfect fit to oversee this significant reorganization and alignment of disciplines. In that time, he’s led account trainings, developed and hired a world-class team and instituted new processes to bring together technology, media, creative and data to drive growth for our customers.
Kevin’s relentless focus on customer success and keen insights on staying ahead of market trends have cemented his promotion to Senior Vice President, Account Management.
Alison Watson is a media industry leader with over 15 years’ experience developing effective brand and demand generation marketing strategies.
Since joining JUST in 2017 to oversee our newly-opened office in Austin, Texas, Watson has personified the JUST values through fostering company culture, exemplary customer service and continually pushing for innovation in media, media processes and implementation.
Having worked with clients such as Teradata, Dun & Bradstreet and Trend Micro – to name a few – Alison has demonstrated a clear vision of full-funnel, brand-to-demand media strategy, implementation and optimization.
As we elevate Alison from Vice President of Media to Senior Vice President of Media, we’re confident her passion for new media technologies and enthusiasm for customer relationships will continue to foster success for JUST and our clients.
