Just Global's very own DDS sits down with B2B Marketing to discuss belonging in the workplace

Lucy Gillman, Deputy Editor at B2B Marketing sat down with DDS, Chief People Officer at Just Global to discuss creating attractive workplaces, and the systems and structures needed to foster belonging in an organization.

"The workplaces that succeed and endure acknowledge that both styles of working (in person and remote) are equally important. It's about allowing flexibility while also creating meaningful moments of in-person connection."

They further discussed the ‘Great Realisation’ during Covid, why diversity and inclusion are pillars of belonging, the importance of having leaders worth following, surviving high school, and why we could always use a bit more kindness at work.
