The 7th Annual Dick Reed Awards Are Coming. Here’s the Legacy Behind Them.

March 8, 2026

Before this year’s finalists are revealed, a look at the moments and partnerships that keep Dick Reed’s spirit alive.

Now entering its seventh year, the Dick Reed Awards bring together the partners, platforms, and people helping shape the future of B2B marketing.

But before we reveal this year’s finalists, it’s worth revisiting the legacy that started it all.

The Leader Who Built an Agency on Relationships

Dick Reed spent more than two decades helping shape what is now Just Global. As CEO for over 16 years, he led the agency through remarkable growth — transforming it from a boutique firm into a globally recognized B2B marketing agency.

Yet ask anyone who worked with him, and they’ll tell you the numbers were never the point.

Dick believed business was personal. He invested in relationships, mentored rising talent, and encouraged bold thinking from everyone around him. His leadership balanced sharp strategic thinking with genuine care for people — a combination that continues to shape the culture at Just Global today.

When Dick passed away in 2019 after a battle with cancer, the agency looked for a way to honor not just his leadership, but the values he championed.

The Dick Reed Awards were born from that idea.

More Than an Awards Show

Established in 2020, the Dick Reed Awards recognize the individuals, platforms, and partners pushing B2B marketing forward.

But recognition is only part of the story.

These awards celebrate the partnerships that make great work possible. Each year, teammates across Just Global nominate and vote on the partners who have made the greatest impact.

The result is something unique: an industry celebration shaped by the people who build those relationships every day.

From Partner Appreciation to Industry Tradition

The spirit behind the awards stretches back even further.

Long before the Dick Reed Awards existed, Just Global hosted an annual partner appreciation event to celebrate the media and platform partners who help deliver results for clients.

After Dick’s passing, that tradition evolved into something more — a celebration that recognizes both innovation and the relationships that fuel it.

Today, the Dick Reed Awards stand as a reflection of the community surrounding Just Global.

Moments from Last Year’s Celebration

The 2025 Dick Reed Awards brought partners and teammates together for a night of recognition, reflection, and a few unforgettable moments.

Looking Ahead to the 2026 Dick Reed Awards

That same spirit returns this year.

The seventh annual Dick Reed Awards will take place on April 16 at the Julia Morgan Ballroom in San Francisco, bringing together the partners and innovators helping define the next era of B2B marketing.

This year’s event introduces several updates designed to better reflect how the industry continues to evolve:

  • Refined award categories aligned with emerging trends
  • Greater recognition for individual contributors alongside organizations
  • Continued celebration of the partnerships that help shape the B2B ecosystem

And soon, we’ll begin revealing the people and companies who embody those values.
