The wave of AI continues to be ridden across B2B marketing land. To truly embrace AI as a strategic partner at Just Global, we’re letting our strategy be guided by our people. Our own cross-functional team of AI trailblazers. Here’s how this will empower creativity, fuel efficiency, and elevate client outcomes.

At Just Global, we believe that AI is more than a buzzword; it’s a transformative force reshaping how we operate and how we deliver value to our clients.

So, how are we harnessing it?

We’re rolling out a unified AI strategy that aligns with our long-term vision and goals, guided by a cross-functional team of experts, and a passion to reinvent. Our approach isn’t just about using AI, but weaving it into the fabric of our business through collaboration and innovation.

Not just a box-ticking exercise

Every day we hear about new AI tools, automation platforms, and cutting-edge technology (don’t we all), but how do we actually use these tools to make a difference?

We’ve taken a structured, inclusive approach to ensure AI doesn’t become another box to tick.

Step one: embed a group of internal ambassadors who represent Just Global departments across the globe. These Trailblazers lead the charge, fostering collaboration and ensuring AI is embraced across the organization, not siloed in one team.

Step two: Starting with a bird’s eye view of the company, we provided enough information without overwhelming teams.

Step three: This was followed by department-level workshops and tailored internal training sessions which were bite-sized, relevant learning opportunities.

Step four: Two weeks later, we hosted a company-wide workshop to address questions and share success stories to drive adoption.

With a 96% adoption rate, we’ve already seen measurable results. This strategy of embedding AI at every level of the business, and continuing to check in with our teams through pulse surveys, has allowed us to integrate AI in a way that drives meaningful outcomes.

Why we’re giving power to our people

All this is being guided by a cross-functional group we’re calling our AI trailblazers.

They’re the best of the best from across our organization, spread across the globe, and we’re experimenting, collaborating, and raising them up to be our heroes in all this.

This includes driving the content and format of the step-by-step process we’ve followed so far.

It’s through this method that we’re delivering extraordinary results, and truly understanding the ins and outs, highs and lows, of how AI can and should be implemented by individuals.

We’re learning from them, and giving them platforms to teach our wider business.
