As EVP of Global Analytics + Chief of Staff at Just Global, Emilie is a trailblazer in B2B marketing analytics, transforming the industry by introducing a unique brand measurement framework that drives brand-led business impact.
In her role, Emilie has expanded Just Global’s capabilities by introducing a brand measurement framework that drives business-led impact. By integrating data visualization with storytelling, she has empowered clients with data-driven insights that inform strategic decisions. Her oversight and coordination of strategic business initiatives have also been instrumental in propelling the agency forward.
Emilie was a keynote speaker at this year’s B2B Marketing Ignite USA event in Chicago. During her discussion alongside our Netscout client – “Do more with less and accelerate your pipelines.” – she shared key insights from Just Global clients and discussed strategies for quantifying and defending brand spend to maximize its impact on demand.

Through data visualization, analytics packages, and a fresh approach to business development, Emilie and her team have significantly contributed to Just Global’s Analytics department’s success. She created the Global Performance Index which proves the value of integrated marketing by providing insights into the impact of brand marketing on sales.
Emilie is a member of Chief, a private network built to drive more women into positions of power and keep them there. Chief is the only organization specifically designed for the most powerful women executives to strengthen their leadership, magnify their influence, and pave the way to bring others with them.
Beyond her work in analytics, Emilie co-created the Women at Just Global Community Group, fostering strong bonds and allyship among employees. This new, employee-led community group empowers women at our agency to speak freely and be comfortable within themselves.
Emilie lost her mom to Alzheimer’s last year, after a nearly 11-year battle. When her mother was first diagnosed, Emilie immediately focused on fundraising, advocacy, and raising awareness by building support communities for those affected by Alzheimer’s. Emilie has had the #1 fundraiser the last two years in a row at her local Walk to End Alzheimer’s, raising over $80k since 2017. In honor of her late mother, she created Norton Tees to continue her journey of fundraising and spreading awareness to find a cure for Alzheimer’s.
