With a passion for building and nurturing client relationships, Blair Naylor leads JUST’s agency account team. Her role is to track progress and ensure growth for her clients, her team and the agency.

She’s a seasoned account lead with over a decade of experience both on the client and brand side. She’s spent years in the B2B tech space – from agency lead of Dell’s EMEA Partner Program to Chief of Staff to the CMO of IBM Systems and Partner Ecosystem.

Blair immerses herself into her client’s brand to gain a deep understanding of not only what their brand represents and offers but also the needs of their customers.

She has proven herself a trusted advisor through an extensive client portfolio. From working on one of the world’s leading integrated resorts Mohegan Sun Gaming and Entertainment, along with financial titan Bank of America, and tech giants such as Dell, AMD and SanDisk.

Blair expertly creates order out of chaos. She truly enjoys the balancing act of supporting and communicating client needs across teams, even in the most challenging situations. Blair’s favorite part of her job is getting to interact with her clients and team every day to solidify authentic client relationships and communication. With over a decade of experience, Blair loves to mentor other people through their career development.

Outside of work, Blair enjoys the outdoors, her dog Joey, wine, and bread – preferably all together. She is currently working on her 200-hour Vinyasa Teacher Training and spends her weekends trying to keep her two Fiddle Leaf Fig plants, Chicken & Nugget, alive.
