We believe that community is essential to producing great work. When we truly support each other, we all win. We’ve completely rethought how we deliver this support in the past two years.
We give our people platforms to speak up and be their authentic selves at Just Global. In the past two years, we have supported the establishment of two employee-led community groups.
This community ensures teammates feel supported, and gain a sense of belonging to a collective of strong, empathetic and curious women who not only relate to their day-to-day struggles but also embrace their differences.
This community was created for teammates who identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans, queer, questioning, intersex, asexual, two-spirit, and/or non-binary where they can discuss any issues that are affecting them, both work and non-work related.
Our AI Trailblazers Group is driving innovation across the business. Led by the AI Council, which pilots new AI applications, we’re advancing technology to enhance our capabilities and services.
We also want to give back in a way that is meaningful. Just Dream awards $5k USD each quarter to an individual or group from Just Global who’ve pitched a meaningful experience that would make a difference in their lives.
We continue to encourage everyone to volunteer and make a difference in the community they are a part of through our Just Cares program. Every single teammate gets three days of volunteer paid time-off.
Relationships are everything in B2B. Taking the time to understand clients deeply isn’t always straightforward, but it delivers big.
This approach combined with a highly targeted ABM strategy, meant we could single-out Adobe’s top tier accounts on a one-to-one basis, and improve the overall customer journey.

It’s not always about the big brands. Zoho is a challenger in their market, and wanted to be seen as unique, bold, and easy to work with – a great fit for a modern business. To elevate brand recognition our team designed a striking brand campaign and activated across digital and OOH channels.
To address an overwhelming number of leads, we worked with the Palo Alto team to design a holistic brand-to-demand engine that would shift focus to quality and conversion into valuable opportunities. By leveraging macro-level data analysis – to a level not done before by our team – and close collaboration, the tailored solution across 26 countries meant a 250% increase in MQL to Opportunity conversion rates.
